Peacock herls are the side fibers from the long peacock eyed tails. These beautiful, naturally iridescent peacock feather fibers are densely sewn on a black satin bias tape to create a dramatic trim with a wide variety of creative uses. Length of the herls is about 5 inches. Price is per sewn 20 feet measured along the ribbon end. Shipping via Priority Mail or UPS.
